Booking and Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit of the total rental fee.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Payment methods accepted include cash and cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Security Deposit \/ Damage Protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A security deposit or damage protection fee may be required upon booking to cover any damages or additional cleaning required post-stay.<\/li>\n<li>The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, less any deductions for damages or excess cleaning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Check-in and Check-out:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in time is at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Check-out time is at 12:00pm on the day of departure.<\/li>\n<li>Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Occupancy and Use of Property:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The rental property is for residential purposes only and shall not be used for parties, events, or unlawful activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. House Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests agree to abide by all house rules posted in the property or communicated by the Owner\/Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Rules typically include restrictions on smoking, pets, noise levels, and use of amenities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 90% refund.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Maintenance and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition during their stay and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the Owner\/Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Minor repairs may be carried out by the Guest with prior approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. Utilities and Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The rental rate includes [List of Included Utilities or Services].<\/li>\n<li>Additional charges may apply for excessive use of utilities or services beyond normal usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Liability and Insurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Owner\/Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.<\/li>\n<li>Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover personal property and liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10. Governing Law:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barcelona, Spain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11. Miscellaneous:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amendments or modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.<\/li>\n<li>If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>12.
